What are your opening hours?

Our team are available to help you from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. We are closed on bank holidays and over the Christmas holidays.


How do I place and order or ask questions about your products?

Our friendly and knowledgeable sales team are ready and waiting to answer your enquiry and take your order either by phone by calling 0800 9990 316 and selecting option 1, or by emailing


Do you have a “cut-off” time for orders?

Our logistics partners arrive to collect from us at around 16:30, therefore it would be unrealistic for us to guarantee an order to leave us the same day if it is placed after 16:00, but we always try our best to get your order out the same day, if possible.

If you order includes tube, we need to use a different carrier because of the 3m or 6m length. Standard overnight deliveries cost £35 for 6m lengths and £20 for 3m lengths.

It is standard for transport companies to charge a surcharge for some areas of the country, please contact us for details.


How much is your overnight transport cost?

Standard overnight transport is just £15. Timed delivery services are £20 for a before 12 delivery and £30 for a before 10:30 am delivery.


Do you sell anything that isn’t stainless steel?

No. Although we will help our customers with some non-stainless items on larger projects.


Can I open a trade credit account?

Of course! If you have a regular demand for stainless steel fittings, it makes sense to apply for a trade credit account with us. As with all credit, a new account opening is subject to a credit agency check.


What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We cannot accept payment in cash, sorry. If you have a regular demand for stainless steel hydraulic fittings, you may consider opening a trade credit account.


What are your bank details?

Please call us to obtain our bank details. For reasons of fraud prevention, we have decided not to publish our bank details in the public domain.


What is your returns policy?

Everybody makes mistakes sometimes. Therefore, as long as we supplied the parts to you within the last 30 calendar days and you have agreed a return with us before you send them back (we cannot accept some items returned to us for credit – please check!) then we can, after inspection, re-stock the items and issue a credit note to you for the value originally invoiced, minus a 25% re-stocking fee.
